About Arman Khosravi:

Hermens Property is led by Arman Khosravi, whose legal background informs the firm’s approach at every level.

Arman is a qualified Landlord & Tenant Property Lawyer and a partner at London law firm Oliver Fisher, advising landlords, tenants and property owners on contractual disputes, regulatory compliance and enforcement strategy.

He is also a landlord and local homeowner himself, giving him practical insight into the realities of the local property market, lettings and sales.

In Arman's spare time he is a parent governor at Manby Lodge (Infant) School (Weybridge) and sits on school admission appeal panels for Surrey County Council.

This blend of legal expertise, local knowledge and hands-on experience allows Hermens Property to manage property with both precision and pragmatism — anticipating issues early and resolving them before they become problems

We are based on Addlestone Road, Surrey, serving clients across Surrey, South West London and the South East.

Our work is intentionally selective. We focus on properties where we can provide proper oversight, clear communication and consistent management — rather than volume-led agency services.
