HomeLet’s Rent Guarantee Insurance may include:

• Cover for the full monthly rent, regardless of the number of tenants named on the tenancy agreement (upper limits apply)

• Up to three months’ rental payments at 75% following vacant possession, where applicable

• Cover for breaches of the tenancy agreement, including non-payment of rent and certain other scenarios

• Missed rental payments until vacant possession of the property, or for up to 15 months, whichever occurs first, subject to a maximum benefit of £100,000, which may include professional costs relating to eviction proceedings for certain tenancy breaches**

• A 12-month policy term

• Payments that may continue beyond the end of the initial policy term
