Use this short self-review to identify records or arrangements you may wish to check with your current agent. It is not a legal compliance assessment, rating or determination of whether anyone has acted improperly.

1. Do you receive understandable rent and expense statements?
2. Are repairs reported and followed up promptly?
3. Do you know when the property was last inspected?
4. Are you able to access the property's current certificates and compliance records?
5. Do you understand the management fees and additional charges?
6. Could your managing agent supply the tenancy, deposit and rent records promptly?
